Project results evaluation
The project evaluated capability of climate models to simulate compound climatic events with major impacts on society and environment. Based on the obtained results, climate change scenarios of decreases of ‘low temperature – high wind velocity’ compound events and increases of ‘dry–hot’ compound events have been constructed for near future and the end of the 21st century.
