  • Project results evaluation

The project was focused on studying the biological properties of carbosilane dendrimers and their potential use in the field of tumor therapy. Dendritic structures with terminal phosphonium and sugar functional groups were prepared and their interactions with model lipid membranes, proteins and nucleic acids were studied. The biological effects of these nanostructures were also studied.
