    New brominated, iodinated and chlorinated derivatives of flavonoids and flavonolignans were prepared. The antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activity of substances and derivatives and their effect on drug resistance were evaluated. A series of flavonoid derivatives substituted with aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl and boronate substituents was prepared for structure-activity relationship studies.
