Cílem tohoto projektu je vývoj nové generace informačního systému (IS) pro oblast silničních dopravců, speditérů a sběrné služby obecně nazývaným Transport Management System (TMS). Na trhu IT se objevují stále novější vývojové platformy, které nabízejí nové a efektivnější nástroje, které starší platformy už nerozvíjejí a nepodporují. Proto je zapotřebí provádět generační upgrade IS. Bez toho by prakticky nebylo možné zavádět nové technologie do logistické praxe. Společnost CID má s tímto procesem mnohaleté zkušenosti a bude to znamenat vytvoření již čtvrté generace tohoto produktu.

Project results evaluation
The year 2023 was the third and at the same time the last year of the MAESTRO project solution. During this year, work continued to test and verify individual sub-components and to verify their functionality as part of pilot operation. The goal of the project was a web application to support technological processes in the field of transport, forwarding and collection services with the possibility of online access via mobile devices and the creation of a unified central communication service for connecting the APIs of key companies in the logistics market (carriers, optimization, telematics services, etc.). With the end of the pilot operation and the evaluation of the project, the goals of the project were fulfilled and the new software solution was ready for commercial use.
