Project MARS – Market Ready Self-sensing probes for wide range of application in Scanning probe microscopy was for the members of international consortium, including Czech start-up company NenoVision, crucial. The main significance was in gaining insight and know-how in the area of development and production of self-sensing probes for AFM microscopy or correlative AFM/SEM microscopy performed by innovative device LiteScope. Developing strong ties with other members of consortium that will lead to further cooperation on probe development was also significant.
