    In year 2020, we successfully developed the basic technology for the preparation of low-molecularweight hydrolysate, prepared relevant samples for field tests in time, and assessed the possibility of implementing the technology at KORTAN. In year 2021, we worked on optimizing the reaction conditions and the process of filtration, thickening for the operational test. Tests of the hydrolysis of waste collagen intestines were successfully carried out at the built test workplace with a chemical reactor with a volume of 400 litres. They prepared the relevant samples for field tests in time. In year 2021, industrial tests of the preparation of foliar fertilizer for corn from collagen wastes of the company Devro s.r.o. were carried out, in the operating conditions of the company Kortan s.r.o., and confirmed the results obtained on a laboratory and pilot scale.
