Hlavním cílem projektu předkládaného v rámci podprogramu Inter-Inform je do roku 2020 podpořit účast Slezské univerzity v Opavě a Astronomického ústavu Akademie věd ČR v mezinárodních programech výzkumu a vývoje a také v bilaterálních i multilaterálních vědecko-výzkumných aktivitách zaměřených na oblast relativistické astrofyziky, přípravy rentgenových kosmických misí a související problematiku.
