Bude studována role subcelulární kompartmentace v regulaci aktivity cytokininé reverzibilní konjugace. b-Glukozid za specifický pro glukozidy cytokinin. směrován do různých subcelulárních kompartmentů bude použita k vyčleňování cytokininů z jejich neaktivních glukozidů. Bude analyzován poměr mezi glukozidy cytokininů a volnými biologicky aktivními cytokininy v různých subcelulárních kompartmentech. Bude stanoven rozsah uvolňování cytokininů a budou analyzovány různé fyziologické odpovědi vyvolané uvolněnými cytokininy.
