Annotation in Czech
Cukerné oxidoreduktasy z hub nabývají na významu jako biokatalyzátory pro transformace sacharidů. Projekt má rozšířit poznatky (grant ME 116) týkající se pyranosa-2-oxidasy (P2O) a nového enzymu pyranosadehydrogenasy (PDH) s možným aplikačním aspektem. P2O z Trametes multicolor bude dále podrobně molekulárně-katalyticky charakterizována. Bude proveden screening sbírkových hub na produkci PDH s optimálními vlastnostmi pro transformace redukujících cukrů a enzym bude biochemicky charakterizován.
