Role lipidů při elicitaci obranné reakce rostlinných buněk

Práce je zaměřena na elicitiny významného patogenu Phytophthora a strukturně podobné LTP rostlinného původu. Tato práce navazuje na předcházející výzkumy, jejichž výsledkem bylo zjištění, že elicitiny, bílkovinné elicitory pocházející z hub Phytophthora,jsou strukturně příbuzné LTP. Naše práce prokazují podobnost LTP a elicitinů jak na úrovni interakcí s buňkou, tak na úrovni interakcí s lipidy a cílem je objasnění těchto interakcí. Hlavním cílem je použití těchto látek pro ochranu rostlin a v zemědělsk, ko potravinářském průmyslu. Hlavní metodou projektu je modelování interakcí lipid-protein.,

Sledována interakce elicitinů (bílkovinných elicitorů houby Phytophthora) s lipidními látkami, mastnými pomocí kaselinami a látkami typu geranylgeranyolu a farnesou. Změřeny parametra bjejich interakce s bílkovinami fluorescenčními metodami.Návrh mutantů
