Optimization of egg incubation in different crayfish and exper. about the effect of t water temper. on the growth of Astacus astacus and Pacifastacus leniusculus were finished. The inform. of occurrence of crayfish and reintroductions of native Europeancrayfish in S.Bohemia was evaluated. The effect of chloride content in water on the cardiac activity of narrow-clawed crayfish was examined.
