Project results evaluation
Two novel promising AChE reactivators-oximes K117 and 127-were evaluated in vitro. Then, they were recommended for further in vivo experiments. At the Korean department, new more lipophilic reactivators were prepared.Afterwards, they were tested for their reactivation of paraoxon and DFP-inhibited AChE.Oxime K027 was evaluated for its potential broad-spectrum use.
