    The goal of the project was the study of pathogenesis of anellovirus infection in pigs. We have developed and used diagnostic procedures based on PCR and quantitative PCR methods to detect these viruses and evaluate their prevalence in pigs and quantifythese viruses in the blood, saliva and feces.
