    The design of nanostructures with ultrathin Fe for the magneto-optic mapping of current pulses up to tens GHz with a 2D diffraction limited resolution was investigated. The structures consist of an ultrathin Fe sandwiched with dielectrics deposited on anAu reflector and capped with Au. Analytical expressions provide the maximum of MO reflected wave amplitude corresponding to optimized SNR.
