Project name in Czech
Bakteriální společenstva přispívající k potlačení chorob polních plodin

Project results evaluation
The project was accomplished by analysis of disease suppresivity in selected crops at approximatelly 50 soil sites. The research showed that bacterial communities differed significantly between disease conducive and suppressive soils at all studied sites. A collection of about 40 bacterial strains displaying antibiotic activity against some pathogens was estatablished.
