Specific active site probes on the base of 4-chloro-isocoumarin and chloromethyl keton were applied. Evaluation of RNAi effect finalized and in vivo screen based on it is ongoing in the partner laboratory in the USA. Novel patented substrate library wasemployed for screens. Basic recombinant protein expressions finalized. Outputs: Conference presentations and publication before the submission.
