    The specific oligo-probes for Microarray methods were developed for the detection of viruses of cereals and grasses. The genus Luteovirus, Mastrevirus, Tritimovirus, Bymovirus and their species and strains were detected by microarray. Real-time (RT) qPCRassays were developed for detection and quantification of DNA and RNA viruses infecting cereals and grasses.
