Proteomová charakterizace míšního poškození a selekce buněk vhodných pro transplantační terapii

  • Annotation in Czech

Cílem předkládaného projektu je charakterizace změn, které provázejí míšní poranění, na úrovni proteinů a identifikace znaků, které umožní sledovat průběh terapie míšního poškození pomocí transplantace kmenových buněk/prekurzorových buněk.

  • Project results evaluation

The research was focused in proteomic profiling of spinal cord after traumatic injury using rat model. Furthermore, changes typical for neural differentiation at the level of cellular and secreted proteins/peptides vere verified. Importantly, the resultsare presented in international and national conferences in the fields of proteomics, stem cells and cell therapy.
