Zjistit výnosovou reakci odlišných morfotypů klasu na odstupňované dávky živin v agrotechnických pokusech. Ověřit výzkumnou hypotézu o limitaci úložné kapacity klasu pšenice. Zpracovat genetickou studii pro "mnohořadý klas" a pro "tři pestíky" v kvítku.

Project results evaluation
The differences in sink/source relation among lines of winter wheat long glumes, multirow spike (MRS), and normal spike (NS) were evaluated in different nutrition. LG and NS reacted most sensitively and MRS less sensitively to overproduction of assimilates by increasing the spike sink capacity. Gene for MRS is located on 2DS and is homoeoallellic to other genes for the supernumerary spikelets.
