We performed study between the tunneling current and the chemical force. In addition, we analyzed correlation between chemical activity of a probe and its ability to manipulate individual atoms on surfaces using atomic force microscopy. An implementationof atomic tracking method has been executed. The method allows force site spectroscopy with an active compensation of thermal drift.
