Vysoce pevné slitiny pro vysoké teploty

Cílem projektu je studium základních fyzikálních vlastností vybraných uspořádaných Lavesových fází (sloučenin) typu MX2, skládajících se z vybraných tranzitivních prvků X a M (kde M může být substituováno prvky Si a Ge). Výzkum bude založen na výpočtechtvorné energie na základě teorie funkcionálu hustoty (ab initio) a na experimentech provedených nejlepší současnou technikou studia krystalové struktury a fázových rovnovah.
