Příprava uhlíkových nanostruktur metodami CVD a jejich charakterizace

  • Annotation in Czech

Cílem projektu je depozice uhlíkových nanostrukturních materiálů, zejména uhlíkových nanotrubek a nanokrystalických diamantových vrstev. Tyto materiály budou připravovány pomocí několika metod spadajících do oblasti chemické depozice z plynné fáze (CVD):termální CVD, CVD se žhaveným vláknem (hot filament CVD) a plazmové CVD (PECVD).

  • Project results evaluation

Ultrananocrystalline diamond films were prepared by PECVD. Oriented muliwalled carbon nanotubes were sythesized by PECVD and HFCVD on Si, fused silica and sapphire substrates. Nanotubes were used to prepare sensor structures.
