    Komplex Zn(II)-cyklen jako systém pro molekulární rozpoznávání malých molekul

    Sledovat interakce zinečnatého komplexu cyklenu s aminokyselinami/dipeptidy a/nebo fosfonovými/fosfinovými kyselinami ve vodném roztoku (potenciometrie, NMR a UV-Vis). Navrhnout podmínky pro tvorbu ternárních koordinačních sloučenin. Charakterizovat vzniklé komplexy pomocí IR spektroskopie, termickou a elementární analýzou a popř. RTG difrakce. Navrhnout a otestovat podmínky separace aminokyselin, popř. dipeptidů, a výsledky porovnat s dosud používanými technikami separace.

    Interactions between Zn(II)-cyclen complex and common aminoacids or their dipeptides were investigated in solution and in the solid state.
