Alternative language

  • Project name in Czech

Hybridní gen TEL/AML1 a gen pro asparagin synthetasu v patogenesi dětských leukemií

  • Annotation in Czech

Navrhovaná studie se zaměří na vztrah mezi hybridním genem TEL/AML1, L-asparaginasou a regulací genu pro asparagin synthetasu v leukemických buńkách. Budeme využívat moderní přístupy včetně kvantitativní PCR v reálném čase a RNA interference. Budeme studovat mechanismy regulace exprese asparagin synthetasy, aktivitu asparagin synthetasy, vztah mezi TEL/AML1 a expresí asparagin synthetasy a resistencí na L-asparaginasu.

Completed project evaluation

  • Provider evaluation

V - Vynikající výsledky projektu (s mezinárodním významem atd.)

  • Project results evaluation

Different intracellular synthesis of asparagine and glutamine in TEL/AML1(+) cells causes better sensitivity to L-Asparaginase.This divergence is manifested by defferent gene expression of Asparagin Synthetase and Glutamate Dehydrogenase.
