Cílem projektu je studium vlivu subklinické poruchy funkce štítné žlázy na autonomní regulaci srdeční frekvence a její změny po dosažení eutyreózy. Autonomní regulace srdeční frekvence bude hodnocena pomocí krátkodobé variability srdeční frekvence a pomocí stanovení plazmatických katecholaminů a jejich metabolitů.

The authors established a method of short-term heart rate frequency vyriability measurement in the group of patiens with thyroid diseases. They showed that supine position has higher relevance compared to standing position.
