Expression of molecular markers regulating hair follicle development and differentiation of trichogenic tumurs

Project goals

Finding of molecular changes in expression of smooth-muscle actin, E-cadherin, beta-catenin, c-myc, cyclin D1 and androgen receptor in various hair follicle tumors. Analysis of relations concerning molecules of Wnt signalling pathway on cell lines derived from hair follicle. Correlation of expression between growth and differentiation markers of tumor lesions and patients with androgenetic alopecia and nonalopetic skin. For experiments we will use immunohistochemistry, cell culture cultivation, proteinelectrophoresis, Western blot analysis and immunocytochemistry.

Alternative language

  • Project name in Czech

Exprese molekulárních znaků regulujících vývoj a diferenciaci vlasového folikulu u trichogenních nádorů

  • Annotation in Czech

Budou hledány molekulární změny v expresi hladkosvalového aktinu, E-kadherinu, beta-kateninu, c-myc, cyclinu D1 a androgenového receptoru u různých variant tumorů odvozených od vlasového folikulu. K řešení projektu bude použita imunohistochemie, kultivace buněk, elektroforéza, Western blot analýza a imunocytochemie.
