Vliv polymorfismu genu pro prolaktin a jeho exprese v periferních mononukleárních buňkách na rozvoj autoimunitních chorob ? systémového lupusu erythematodes, zánětlivých kloubních chorob (psoriatická a revmatoidní artritida) a psoriasis vulgaris

  • Annotation in Czech

    1. Expresní studie mRNA prolaktinu v imunitních buňkách (CD14 monocytech) u nemocných SLE, revmatoidní artritidou, psoriasis vulgaris, psoriatickou artritidou a kontrolní skupiny a stanovení korelace genové exprese prolaktinu s rozvojem a aktivitou onemocnění. 2. Imunogenetická studie polymorfismů predispozičních genů pro rozvoj SLE (HLA DRB1, DQB1 a MIC-A), psoriasis vulgaris a psoriatické a revmatoidní artritidy (HLA -C, MIC-A). 3. Testování jednonukleotidového polymorfismu (SNP) -1149G/T mimohypofyzárního promotoru genu pro prolaktin u psoriasis vulgaris, psoriatické artritidy, revmatoidní artritidy a SLE.

Genetic mapping of susceptibility for SLEand PsA demonstrated a higher frequency of alels HLA DRB1 03 and HLA DQB1 0201 in SLE, the risk associated with alel MIC-A5.1 and HLA DRB1 for SLE. In PsA the significantly higher level of prolactin was found.
