Transluminální chirurgicko-endoskopické techniky mohou být alternativou k standardním otevřeným a laparoskopickým abdominálním chirurgickým technikám. Během tří let zvládneme bezpečně techniku incise a uzávěru trávicí trubice a transluminální cholecystektomie v experimentálních modelech. V případě jejich dokonalého zvládnutí posoudíme proveditelnost, bezpečnost a efektivitu transluminální endoskopie u člověka.

The consideracle interest onm NOTES has been schowed. Therefore it justifies further development of this new technique. The technical feasibility, safely and efficiency of NOTES assisted minilaparoscopic cholecystectomy has been proved.
