A. Analýza diagnostického procesu u dětí s podezřením na PAS v průběhu pandemie COVID-19. B. Navržení, validizace a implementace diagnostického postupu u dětí s podezřením na PAS pro použití v průběhu “pandemického režimu” s využitím prostředků telemedicíny. Cílem je zvýšení kapacity a dostupnosti diagnostiky PAS. C. Zhodnocení dopadu pandemie COVID-19 na kvalitu života a míru stresové zátěže pacientů s PAS a jejich rodin. Identifikace rizikových psychosociálních faktorů pro průběh pandemie u dětí s PAS a jejich rodin a návrh preventivních opatření. Cílem je zlepšení kvality péče o děti s PAS.

Project results evaluation
The findings reveal a substantial alignment between online and face-to-face assessments, promising streamlined early detection and intervention. The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored heightened stress levels, particularly within families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Key challenges identified include access to healthcare services and adapting to remote work arrangements. The coping mechanisms observed within ASD families echo broader familial stress management needs, emphasizing the importance of bolstering support strategies for both individuals with ASD and their entire support networks. The project extends its influence into technical domains through collaboration with VUT and in social sciences and public health. The project aimed for two publications, and these are currently under review. Two contributions were presented at the AACAP conferenc and their abstracts were published. One of these contributions lacks a clear connection to the project's core objectives.
