Prospektivní multiparametrické MR sledování změn hyalinní chrupavky kolenního kloubu po implantaci biologického implantátu na bázi kolagen I

MR je velmi vhodná metoda pro sledování změn hyalinní chrupavky a lze ji využít k diagnostice jejího postižení. Lokální chondrální změny jsou v indikovaných případech řešeny ortopedickou operací - buď pomocí mikrofraktur nebo nahrazením poškozeného místa implantátem, v této práci biologickým implantátem CaRes 1S na bázi kolagen I. Projekt bude zaměřen na studium změn v místě operace dvěma odlišnými způsoby pomocí multiparametrického zobrazení magnetickou rezonancí. Studie bude randomizovaná a bude zahrnovat 20 pacientů s operačním řešením chondrálního defektu pomocí mikrofraktur, 20 pacientů s implantací CaReS 1S.Výsledky dosažené v této studii pomohou lépe porozumět změnám, které se odehrávají v místě operačního zákroku a díky multiparametrickému zhodnocení přesněji odhadnout perspektivu jednotlivých typů operace a zjistit, zda je magnetická rezonance vhodná jako prediktivní faktor klinického výsledku operace.

Project results evaluation
The final report is written in an appropriate form and describes in detail the progress of the project and the results achieved. From the available information, it can be stated that part of the inclusion of subjects and the subsequent performance of examinations and surgical procedures took place according to the original plan. The delay and the subsequent approved extension was due to the demanding processing of the results and the preparation of a professional publication. The project plan was certainly to include a larger number of entities, but the number achieved was ultimately sufficient for professional outputs. Overall, however, these are certainly adequate outputs and the fundamental importance of the results for the field of orthopedics is clear. In terms of the number of publications, the promised number was fulfilled, however, only in one case is it a magazine with a higher impact factor.
