Retrospektivní analýza dat z konsekutivní řady prenatálně diagnostikovaných případů vrozených vad (VV) a narozených dětí s VV z celé ČR za období (1994 - 2015), na kterých bude provedena: 1. analýza incidencí prenatálně diagnostikovaných VV v ČR. 2. analýza incidencí postnatálně diagnostikovaných VV v ČR (incidence VV u narozených). 3. stanovení efektivity prenatální diagnostiky pro jednotlivé diagnózy vrozených vad. 4. analýza mrtvorozenosti, perinatální, neonatální a kojenecké úmrtnosti u dětí narozených s vrozenou vadou.

Project results evaluation
The project shows trends in prenatal diagnostics, works with large data sets that had to be compiled by the IHIS first. This caused a delay, which, however, was allowed to the solvers and did not mean any financial increase. The results of the project are interesting and were published both together with international studies (and dedicated to the project) and 4 times in Czech periodicals (2x IF and 2x SCOPUS). Once the results for the Czech Republic were published in the prestigious Matern Fetal Neonatal Med. (IF 2,390), where the researchers were the first and only authors. The total impact of dedicated journals is 14.25 (7 x article in IF periodicals). I consider these to be very relevant outputs. The researchers also spoke at 50 conferences during the project. This is an excellent dissemination of the AZV project. I also consider the results not only to be professionally very interesting, but also as an example of precise work with large data sets.
