Project results evaluation
The project results have showed wery low impact on primary DNA strusture. On the other hand the changes on methylation lavel were significant. There was dicovered the important influence of maternal plant on the methylation level in somaclones. Such effect was higher than the one caused by stress type. The methylation changes persistant ion was detectable also after 12 months.
