Náplní navrhovaného projektu je průzkum druhového zasptoupení potencionálně toxinogenních patogenů hrachu; studium dynamiky ukládání mykotoxinů během ontogeneze hrachu se zřetelem na obsah těchto látek ve sklizeném semeni; studium složení sekundárních metabolitů ve filtrátech vybraných patogenů; využití toxinů a filtrátů patogenních hub v selekcích na rezistenci metodami in vitro.
