Enkapsulace biomaterialů metodou so-gel.

Biomateriál (buňky, enzymy) bude imobilizován metodou sol-gel do anorganické nebo anorganicko-organické matrice. Sol-gel biokatalyzátory budou porovnávány (příprava, účinnost, mechanická i chemická ododlnost) s biokatalyzátory připravenými jinými způsobyimobilizace.Cílem práce je prohloubení znalostí o aplikačních možnostech imobilizace biomaterálů při bioremediačních pochodech, v potravinářské a farmaceutickém průmyslu a při konstrukci biosensorů.
