Pokročilé techniky kultivace a využití rostlinných tkáňových kultur
Annotation in Czech
Předkládaný projekt se bude zabývat studiem a využitím nových technik kultivace rostlinných tkáňových kultur s cílem dosažení co nejvyššího přírustku rostlinné biomasy v požadované kvalitě. Významná část projektu bude věnována možnosti automatizaceceléhoprocesu. Získaná biomasa bude dále využita k mikropropagaci, produkci metabolitů či biotransformaci v kontrolovaných laboratorních podmínkách s vyloučením vlivu počasí a roční doby.
