Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je zlepšení a dokončení kultivačních protokolů somatické embryogeneze smrku ztepilého a jedle bělokoré. Bude prakticky ověřena možnost produkce semenáčů cestou somatické embryogeneze u vybraných elitních genotypů. Bude dokončena detailní studie hladin endogenních fytohormonů v průběhu somatické embryogeneze, získané poznatky budou užity při zefektivnění užití somatické embryogeneze v mikropropagaci jehličnanů.
