  • Project results evaluation

Comparison of the stress responses of transgenic plants with significantly enhanced proline levels to that of the corresponding wild type tobacco plants allowed us to estimate the impact of increased proline levels on the dynamics of PA levels under stress conditions. The synchronous changes in proline and polyamine levels presume the coordination between their biosynthetic pathways.
