  • Project results evaluation

A method for metabolomic profiling of fish tissues has been developed employing a direct analysis in real time (DART) ion source and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Subsequent chemometric analysis of the metabolomic profiles allowed to distinguish theanalyzed fishes in relation to external factors during their production.
