Project results evaluation
The process of the power-law time dependence of the photoluminiscence intensity decay in small quantum dots with the indirect gap was explained on the basis of the electronic interaction with longitudinal optical phonons. The process of energy transfer in the hybrid organic-inorganic donor- acceptor system was found as to be formed simultaneously by the non-resonant and resonant vibronic parts
