Project results evaluation
Profile and content of potentially utilisable metabolites easily extractable from bark of the most economically important coniferous trees harvested in Czech Republic (Norway spruce, scots pine, larch) were analyzed using HPLC/DAD and LC/MS/MS. The bestsource of monitored compounds, such was phenolic acids, flavonoids and maltol, was found extracts of european larch.
