Project results evaluation
This project described the difference in tolerance and the uptake of xenobiotics by halophyte {J. gerardi) and glycophyte {J. inflexus) species of the genus Juncus. cultivated both, in vitro and in hydroponie system. The differences caused by heavy metals were found on proteomic level, too.
