The project OC10035 dealt with the issue of cities in regression. The main contribution is the methodic for cities in regression which discusses the phenomenon of shrinking cities in the Czech Republic, The methodic shows that it is necessary to analyzenot only quantitative changes but also a qualitative one, which is the natural evolution of urban development
