Project results evaluation
The outcome of the project OLIGOSYNT is a new functional design of a scanning device for acquisition of 3D patterns, software for image analysis of DNA microarrays, two chapters in foreign professional books and a professional article. The system of visual quality control was verified in an industrial unit, the quality control system using real samples of microarrays.
