Nové soupravy pro diagnostiku nádorů
Annotation in Czech
Převzaté hybridomy z roku 1998 budou podrobně testovány, vyhledány metody skladování, provedeny testy stability, vypracovány výrobní předpisy. Budou dokončeny klinické studie s využitím protilátky TU-20. Budou převzaty nové hybridomy od spolupracujícíhopracoviště a dokončena jejich charakterizace. Bude dokončeno vybavení pracoviště v Praze, zrekonstruováno pracoviště v Topolanech, tak aby odpovídalo novým předpisům na ochranu zvířat. Obsluhující personál projde odpovídajícím školením. Bude dokončen panel pratilátek použitelný pro diagnostické účely patologů, t.j. využitelných na formol parafinových řezech.
