    Personal safety microsystem integrated into firemen safety suit was developed. It consists of 40 building blocks of different integration level integrated into modules creating the microsystem. Novel screen printing developed resulting in conductors exhibiting lines/gaps widths down to 40 jjm on alumina and 30 |jm on silicon substrates at film thickness of 0.3 - 0.5 pm when using resinate pastes.
