Testování protilátky TU-20, jejíž imunocytochemické parametry ukazují na vhodnost pro diagnostické účely. Reaktivita protilátky bude sledována na panelu lidských nádorů neuronálního původu a protilátka bude rovněž využita ke sledování exprese neuron-specifického tubulinu v časných fázích neuronální diferenciace teratokarcinomových buněk. Bude určena posloupnost exprese tohoto tubulinu k ostatním mikrotubulárním proteinům v průběhu diferenciace buněk P19 stimulovaných kyselinou retinovou. Tyto experimenty budou pokračovat podle původního projektu. Důraz buce kladen na testování protilátky TU-20, jejíž imunocytochemické parametry ukazují na vhodnost pro diagnostické účely. Reaktivita protilátky sledovaná na panelu lidských nádorů. Protilátka bude rovněžpoužita ke sledování exprese neuronspecifického tubulinu v časných fázích neuronální diferenciace. Budou provedeny konstrukce hybridomů z myší imunizovaných proteiny neurofilamentového tripletu.
