Znalostní řídící operace průmyslových výrobních bioprocesů

Průmyslový kmen kvasinek Saccharomyces cerevisiae D7 je používán ke studiu přítokovaných kultivací v laboratorním reaktoru. Získaná data slouží k vytvoření znalostní báze. Pomocí znalostní analýzy se upřesňuje matematický model vyvinutý postupně v letech1995 - 1997. Model se využívá k simulaci vlivu faktorů na biosyntézu sterolů. Především jde o vliv koncentrace ethanolu a vliv měrné rychlosti růstu kvasinek. Proces je pojat jako dvoufázový o dvou různých rychlostech růstu. Na základě provedené simulace se řídí přítok media (akční veličina). Regulovanou veličinou je koncentrace oxidu uhličitého ve výdechu. Spolu s ergosterolem se tvoří další dva steroly jejichž obsah v konečném produktu je nežádoucí.Metoda prtokové cytometrie byla aplikována na analýzu kvasinkové populace.
