Molekulární a buněčná biologie přímé somatické embryogeneze u vojtěšky

Cílem projektu poznání faktorů rozhodujících o prediposici buněk k somatické embryogenezi a některých mechanismů tohoto procesu operujících na úrovni buněčného cyklu, architektury cytoskeletu a hormonálních regulací. Bude charakterizována embryogenní kompetence buněk a její závislost na genetických a fyziologických faktorech, určeny vztahy mezi embryogenní kompenetencí a mitotickou schopností buněk a charakterizována citlivost buněk k indukčním hormonálním signálům.
