Cílem projektu je stanovení fyziologických hodnot aktivity cholinesteráz, určení LD50 inhibitorů acetylcholinesterázy (AChE) - paraoxon, tabun, cyklosarin ,určení LD50 reaktivátorů AChE- pralidoxim, obidoxim, trimedoxim, HI-6, methoxim acetylcholinesterázy, určení protektivní účinnosti a stanovení aktivity cholinesteráz ve vybraných orgánech po intoxikaci nervově paralytickou látkou a následné reaktivaci vybraným reaktivátorem AChE, dále pak sledování plazmatické koncentrace reaktivátoru acetlycholinesterázy po jeho i.m. podání. Dále posouzení morfologických změn ve tkáních.

Project results evaluation
Median lethal doses for selected toxins and antidots were assessed, pharmacokinetics and protective indexes were calculated during the project solving. The results were achieved for both laboratory guinea pig and rats. Owing to suitability for toxicological experiments, we proved differences between the two laboratory animals. The results were printed in eight papers in journals with IF.
