Project results evaluation
In the project solvers focused on creating a complex of special exercises and measures to support training and optimize condition in combat deployment of the soldiers and developed methodology "Increasing the combat capability of airborne and special units of the Czech Armed Forces" and draft requirements for the production of appropriate training equipment. The soldiers were trained to apply the mentioned methodology so that they could use it independently even after the end of the project. By applying the project outputs in practice, the effectiveness of training and fulfillment of combat tasks will be increased. Furthermore, it is possible to assume a reduction in the risk of accidents and the number of days of incapacity for work due to illness, as well as an extension of the potential possibility of length of service at the department. In the case of possible follow-up research activities, it is desirable to focus on stabilizing the motivation to carry out military service.
